Description: The tubulin family includes five distinct tubulins; alpha, beta, gamma, delta and epsilon. Microtubules consist principally of alpha- and beta-tubulin. Beta-tubulin is ubiquitously expressed with highest levels in spleen, thymus and immature brain.

Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blotting (WB). A concentration of 2.0 µg/mL is recommended for WB. Human Tubulin beta chain has a predicted length of 444 residues and MW of 50 kDa. A concentration of 0.5-1.0 µg/mL is recommended for IHC to detect the protein in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
